How Axonify Uses Sam’s RFP Copilot to Complete RFP Drafts in 2 Hours

After struggling to keep Loopio's RFP library up to date, Axonify switched to Sam—trained on their Gong calls and help center—so reps can now self-serve RFPs in hours right inside Google Sheets.

The challenge

Axonify’s RFP process relied on a small group of experts and a library no one had time to maintain, turning every RFP into a week-long scramble.
Library maintenance was a grind: Keeping Loopio’s library up to date became its own job, pulling SMEs away from the work they were actually hired to do.

RFPs were too slow: An average RFP took about a week, and the first draft alone took a day and a half.

The solution

They gave their sales team Sam inside Google Sheets, trained on Axonify’s existing assets like Gong calls and their help center. Now AEs can generate strong first drafts independently, while SMEs focus on the strategic answers.

First draft in hours, not days

Axonify went from ~1.5 days for a first draft to ~2 hours with Sam, compressing the entire RFP motion that used to take about a week

No more RFP library to maintain

Instead of maintaining Loopio’s library, Axonify can feed Sam with existing knowledge sources ( help center and Gong calls), eliminating the Loopio maintenance tax

Reps can self-serve RFPs

Because Sam works directly in Google Sheets, reps can self-serve RFP answers in a familiar workspace instead of switching to a separate RFP tool

Accuracy that builds trust

With Sam’s accurate answers, SMEs can focus on strategy and positioning instead of double-checking every response.

I've been in
your shoes

I dreaded spending hours filling RFPs and security questionnaires. I hated it. That's why I built Sam.
